Returns and Exchanges 


At Tattered Halo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Within 14 days of delivery, if you require a different size or color, our customer service team will be happy to help you.  Please send us an email at Include your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for exchange. 

Returned item(s) must be in original, unworn, unwashed new condition.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which includes re-shipping of the new item(s).

Please consult the size chart on each product page or view our sizing help page to aid you in selecting the proper size. You are welcome to contact us prior to ordering if you have any sizing questions.

The following items are not eligible for exchanges:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Worn and/or washed items
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We are sorry to hear you have a problem with your order!  We will issue you a replacement order ASAP for any of the following issues:

  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • You received an incorrect item.
  • Your item has a printing error.
Within 5 days of delivery, please send an email to Please include your name, order number, date of purchase and a picture of the damage.



Since all of our items are custom made, we do not accept returned items for a refund.


Order Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing and we are unable to accept order cancellations.  Please review your order carefully prior to purchase .  Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions.
